Experience : 8 - 15 years Job Location : Phaltan Education Criteria : B.E/B.Tech(Mechanical /Production/ Industrial / Automobile).Job Description :Experience in Production/ Manufacturing/ Operations.Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.Work cross functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality and efficiency of operations.Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.Coaches and mentors team members.Safe working condition Experience in team handling Achieving daily ,weekly, monthly production targets.On-time delivery to customers with zero defects.Handling functional excellence, Kaizen, productivity improvement, ISO knowledge. Facing Audits, HSE, Third party, Legal Compliance Audit.Six Sigma( Green belt) Added advantage.Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.Should be interested to relocate to Phaltan.

Salary: 3,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A As per rules of Industry
