SAYOUH MAHWEES TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC

SOUTHERN PETROLEUM TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC (SPTS) is a local Oman company, registered in Ministry of Commerce CR No. 1070167, JSRS and OPAL. SPTS has two core businesses in the operations of oil and gas. In the surface, we are involve with Project Construction of Civil and Mechanical Works, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation (SCADA/DCS), while in the subsurface we involve in the Slick line, drilling services and Engineering Studies. In the Drilling Services, SPTS is an agent of Petro Engineering from Russia to provide drilling services specialized in drilling bit, drilling fluid, and down hole motors services. For Reservoir Study and Laboratory Services, SPTS is in collaboration with LEMIGAS - the biggest Oil&Gas Research Institution in Indonesia, owned by the Government of Indonesia - to do Full Development Plan for a certain field or do some core analysis/complete geological surveys. In mechanical works, for the big project, we are partner of Havatek, one of the leading companies in Turkey in engineering, fabrication, and erection for pipelines and plants
