Established in 1964 as Overseas AST Ltd.,the organization has been actively involved with the growth of the Sultanate as a nation while being associated with several keynote projects during its 45 years presence. Overseas AST Ltd. Oman was restructured and renamed as Darwish L.L.C in 1976 and following an acquisition of a majority stake in the company by the Omani shareholders H.H. Sayyid Shihab bin Tariq Al Said and Mr.Mohsin Haider Darwish.
