Sama Overseas has been created to act as an umbrella organization to manage and supervise activities of all the group companies. The group has been operative for almost a decade and has been involved in multiple sectors and regions giving itself the diversity. We have been active in the field of Project Development, Construction, IT, Telecom, Real Estate and are working to develop project in Tourism, Infrastructure, Trading and Retail marketing sectors. Furthermore, Samaoverseas provides a platform to local, GCC and international investors to invest directly in projects and/or through its various vehicles. One of the main reasons for founding Samaoverseas, among others, is to develop projects in attractive and highly rewarding business sectors of Oman and provide all the facilities to foreign and local investors to invest in such projects. Such sectors form an area of focus for us as we invest our own resources in producing lucrative opportunities benefiting our shareholders, investors and the local economy. The short and long term investment and wealth generation strategies are carefully aligned with the preferences and priorities of the developers, investors and shareholders through offering different and tailor-made investment and financial products maximizing returns on investment.
